Hello!  Welcome to LIVE CREATIVE!  My name is Wyokemia {Wah-kee-muh} Joyner.

A bit about me…  After years of working in a huge government agency then a national non-profit advocacy organization, I knew I wanted a change.  The work I was doing was really meaningful, and at times I felt guilty because I wasn’t sure why I wanted to walk away from it.  But, deep down I knew there was something else out there for me.  Something that I would feel even more connected to and something that would allow me to more fully use my strengths to be of service to others.  And, so I took a huge risk.  I put the brakes on the automatic car that was taking me for a ride down “You Gotta Follow the Narrow Career Path Lane”, and jumped into a manual, four-wheel drive that empowered me to chart my own course, navigate the terrain and ultimately follow my bliss.  It’s undoubtedly been quite the journey, and I certainly don’t have it all figured out – I doubt I ever will.  But, what I do know is that I feel more like me and who I’m meant to be because I’ve given myself permission to explore new interests, pursue new passions and to live life differently – to LIVE CREATIVE.  I love it, and I love helping others do the same for themselves.
